BBA project topics

25 topics for a BBA final year project. A BBA project report studies a business question in marketing, HR, finance or operations, often with a company you interned at. These topics work with a survey, interviews or a single-company case study.

These are ideas, not an official list. Your guide approves the topic, so take two or three to them.

How to choose your BBA topic

  1. Pick a topic where you can reach 50 to 100 respondents yourself: classmates, your building, shopkeepers on one street.
  2. Narrow it with a place and a group. "Consumer behaviour" is a subject; "online grocery buying among working women in Thane" is a topic.
  3. Write three objectives before you commit. If you cannot, the topic is still too wide.
  4. Check that published studies exist for your literature review. A Google Scholar search of the topic should return at least ten.

Questions

Can I do my BBA project on the company where I interned?

Yes, and it is often the strongest choice because you have access. Get permission in writing for anything you quote, and replace confidential figures with ranges or sample values that are clearly marked.

Is a business plan accepted as a BBA project?

Many colleges accept one under entrepreneurship. It still needs research behind it: a market survey, cost estimates with sources, and a break-even calculation.
