Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BlackBook, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Marketplace Rules

  • Original Content: You may only upload content that you own or have explicit permission to distribute. Plagiarism will result in immediate account termination.
  • Royalties: Uploaders receive the defined royalty percentage of the base price for each successful sale. Payments are disbursed manually upon reaching a minimum threshold.
  • No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final once the document is unlocked.

3. Acceptable Use of AI

You agree not to use the BlackBook AI Editor to generate illegal, harmful, or explicitly abusive content. We reserve the right to monitor generations to ensure compliance.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
